South Hills Montessori School aims to keep the admissions process as simple and straightforward as possible. We welcome families year-round when openings are available.
Your Path to Enrollment
Tour the School
Prospective families are invited to visit our classrooms, meet our teachers, and see the Montessori method in action. You'll receive an application packet during your visit.
Complete Application
Submit your completed application with the $50 application fee. We enroll year-round when openings exist.
Enrollment Priority
First preference goes to returning students, their siblings, and children of staff members.
💚 ERDC (Oregon Child Care Subsidy) Accepted
We accept ERDC for our Primary Program. If your family qualifies for Oregon's child care subsidy, it can significantly offset tuition. See tuition details →
Timeline: Submit your enrollment application for fall — we enroll on a rolling basis as spaces become available.
Accept Enrollment Offer
When space becomes available, you'll receive an enrollment offer. To secure your child's spot, you'll need to:
Sign the enrollment agreement
Pay first month's tuition as non-refundable deposit
Pay $100 materials fee
