Kelli Sanchez
Director & Elementary Lead Teacher
Eugene native and South Eugene High School graduate. Completed Montessori training through the North American Montessori Center in 2008. She has been working at the previous school since 2014 and began her Montessori career in 1995, viewing it as her lifelong passion.
Joseph Sanchez
Primary Co-Lead Teacher
South Eugene resident since 2007 and high school graduate. Background includes Child Development studies, experience in school childcare, and work as an assistant pre-school instructor at the YMCA. Currently pursuing additional Montessori credentials while employed at the school.
Lisa Cairo
Primary Co-Lead Teacher
Extensive educator with over 30 years of Montessori teaching experience. Certified through the St. Nicholas Centre of Montessori Education (London, England) for ages birth-6. Her family members have attended the school's programs. She aims to create a warm and loving home away from home.
Sarah McCarthy
Elementary Assistant Teacher
Born and raised in Eugene, where she now raises her own family. Sarah knew early on that she had a passion for helping students find their best way of learning. She mentored under renowned therapists and autism specialists for 3 years through Kris' Camp before accepting a position in the 4J School District as a 1:1 intervenor for 17 years. After that she broadened her teaching experience across several Montessori programs. This is Sarah's 4th year working with Montessori and Ms. Kelli. In her time away from school, she loves teaching dance to all ages and abilities.
Lindsey Schulze
Assistant Teacher
University of Oregon graduate who previously worked as a camp counselor at Duck Trails summer camp. Enjoys rock climbing, guitar, and puzzles.
Christina Lord
Afterschool Teacher
Portland-area native with over 10 years in various education roles. Earned Master's in Education in 2024. Interests include cooking, baking, and crafting.
